We  believe that healthy food does not have to be bland, so we set our goals to creatively combine the tantalizing flavors of herbs and spices from around the world to create sauces that are pleasing to the palate. 

Safrone Presley and Chef Jackie are award winning Caribbean Restaurateurs & Caterers.  Our heritage consists of Jamaican, Trinidadian, Caymanian and Basian.  Our travels and heritage has allowed us cultivate an eye for superior food and service. Saffron's family has owned several Caribbean Restaurants and Catering companies for over 25 years. As a restaurateurs and small business owner,  we believe that healthy food does not have to be bland. We have developed an innovative style of cooking that brings flavor, nutrition and eye pleasing dishes together. Our restaurants have had several Best of the Bay Awards and numerous favorable reviews in the St. Petersburg Times and the Tampa Tribune. We were chosen as one of the Caterers for the 2009 Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa Bay. We have produced several cooking classes and created a line of Caribbean sauces.
